Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

2. Cancellation After 48 Hours of booking

Cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking confirmation are non-refundable. The booking amount will not be refunded.

3. Security Deposit

The security deposit is fully refundable, subject to the jewellery being returned in its original condition and in accordance with our Rental Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation by Ayka Jewellery Rentals

In the unlikely event that a booked jewellery set becomes unavailable due to damage, loss, or unforeseen circumstances, Ayka Jewellery Rentals will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer may choose an available alternative set of equal or higher rental value, subject to availability, or receive a full refund of the booking amount.

5. Booking Commitment

Ayka Jewellery Rentals will make every reasonable effort to honour confirmed bookings and provide the selected jewellery set for the agreed rental period. If the booked set becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative, subject to availability.

6. Refund Processing

The security deposit is fully refundable, provided the jewellery is returned in its original condition and in accordance with Ayka Jewellery Rentals’ Rental Terms & Conditions. Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days of inspecting the returned jewellery, through the original payment method wherever possible. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
